Another Russian Airsoft Rifle? It is sooo ugly! Again an AK Airsoft? –
That are just a few of comments you hear and read about the LCT SR-3 series. Especially when it comes to the SR-3 itself.
To be honest, they are not the prettiest, but are they any good in technical/pracitcal terms? I could just anwer with a plain “Yes!”, but that would just be too easy, wouldn’t it?
Another year passed and another great IWA Exhibition took place. With 1455 exhibitors and over 45000 visitors from around 120 Nations the IWA 2016 broke again all record participations. We also had the opportunity for the first time to take part of the Enforce Tac 2016 – as the name suggests – an Exhibition for Law Enforcement, Security and Tactical Solutions, which was very interesting.
As promised in the last review, here is the chest rig review part II with the grandfather of all chest rigs, known as “ChiCom“. But there is more to this old sheet of canvas with pouches then it appears at first glance.
“Do I need a chest rig?” You have probably asked this already yourself at some point. I did and I do “need” one. But to be honest, only in terms of weight reduction (in comparison to a plate carrier). Also for the OPFOR roles in most games it is often not allowed to use some kind of plate carrier or body armor with harness, therefore chest rigs are more suitable – and in my opinion a lot more comfortable to wear. Not to forget some other perks.
After more then over a year of excessive testing and using, I can finally sum up my thoughts and “longterm” test of the Crispi SAHARA EVO SRVV edition Boots, which are widely used and preferred by some of the Russian special forces like FSB, MVD and special police units like OMSN (formerly known as SOBR).
It’s been a while since I wanted to make a review on the 6b33 Personal Body Armor, but to be honest I lacked the time and several information I still wanted to gather and had to investigate. But, it was worth it, at least in my opinion
This year the IWA exhibition was the most exciting and best experience we had until now in Nuremberg’s huge exhibition halls. We met a lot of people we known via Email, YouTube or other Internet related channels of communication. We talked with a lot of exhibitors about upcoming and freshly released products.
I am really happy that I can finally review, or better said, show and present you one of my favorite items made by SSO/SPOSN. The Bober (Бобер = Beaver) assault backpack has become my constant companion in my daily life and on the weekend battlefields. It also displaced the “sack” like EastPak from my high school times I had used until now.
Well as I promised when I did the WE AK PMC and KWA CZ 75 Review back then in December ’12 and January ’13, here comes the (maybe?) long awaited conclusion or better said re-review of both mentioned GBB Rifle and Pistol…..
